I made another tutorial because i'm B.O.R.E.D.
>>>
Base.

1. Duplicate it twice set them both to screen. Filter>Sharpen ONE of the screen layers. Merge.

Now, this get's kinda tricky, BUT you're not gonna have it exactly like this anyway since your image will be different. (note: I did this part last, so you may want to leave this section out and skip to step 6, and then come back to it)
2. Anyway. Take this texture by
gender. Then blur it. Filter>Blur>Radial blur. Make sure it's on spin and set it to 54ish, it's up to you.
>>>
3.OK. So, what I did was take the texture, flip it (Edit>transform>flip horizontal) and set it to Linear burn. (But I erased part of it, because I didn't like the way it looked at the end. This depends on your image. Don't erase it if you think it looks alright.)
>>>
4. Now duplicate the texture but flip the texture back to how it was to start with (Edit>transform>flip horizontal). It's still on Linear Burn 100%
>>>
5. Duplicate it again, set it to screen 100%.
>>>
All my texture layers combined looked like this.

Does this all make sense? Basically you'll have Linear burn>Linear burn>Screen.
6. Duplicate your base drag it to the top, set it to screen 64%.

7. Do the same as step 6. Set it to 24%

8. Next, go back to your orginal image, only crop it differently. Like so. Set this to screen.
>>>
9. Layer>New adjustment layer>Hue/Saturation.
Saturation: +30.

10. Layer>New adjustment Level>Selective colour.
Red
-52/ 0/ +19/ +20
Yellow
-6/ 0/ +31/ +3
Cyan
+100/ 0/ 0/ 0

11. Layer>New adjustment layer>Hue/Saturation.
Cyan
Saturation: +21
Blue
Saturation: +10

12. Layer>New adjustment layer>Hue/Saturation. Soft light 100%
Master
Saturation: +35
Red
Saturation: +14
Cyan
Saturation: +39

13. Add this tecture by

Any questions? No, I will not upload a .psd. Other than that, ask away.
