Fancy seeing you here.  wow, it's been ages since I posted something new.

Life has been busy.  I'm off to Italy in a couple of weeks for a photography thing/small holiday and I can't wait.  Should be fun.

Anyway, I thought I would come on to talk about shows.  I've been thinking about watching 'Flashforward' (Joseph Finnes, yummy) 'True Blood' (apparently it's like porn with vampires) and '30 Rock' (I don't watch enough comedy).  Also, I'm making my boyfriend read Harry Potter, so in return I said I would watch Battlestar something or other, lol.

So, anyway watch these?  Got any other shows worth watching.  All mine will be ending soon (24, Lost, Ugly Betty).

I have just watched the entire 5 seasons of LOST in about 4 weeks.  Basically, I started watching lost when it was first on TV, I got about 6 episodes into season 2 and decided I couldn't be arsed.  But now I've finished uni, and not got much to do, I decided to give it a go.

I don't think I'll ever be hooked/obsessed with it, but I do enjoy (aspects of) it.  Anyone here a lost-head?  Who's your favourite?

I would say my favourites are Ben, Locke, Juliet, Desmond and Sawyer.  I cannot stand Jack and Kate, either together or just in general.  Argh, they give me rage.

I really enjoyed the show, but the whole 1977 thing bored/annoyed me, can't wait to see what happens though, and I hope Juliet is not dead!

Yeah, it's been a while.  Anyway, a wee update. 

+ I graduated (2:1 YAY!) on the hottest day in the world.
+ I'm going to Devon next week to see Harry Potter.
+ I'm sick as a dog.  Cold came out of nowhere.
+ 21 years young, and no, I'm not doing anything interesting.
+ I got a job at a photography company.
+ I really, really miss being a student and not doing essays and having deadlines.  Sad, I know.

So, it's been a long while since I've been on LJ, so my apologies.  I hope you're all well.  Lemme know how life is going with your good selves.

I've finally finished my degree and I'm highly emotional.  I'm still staying at uni (well, the area) for a year,so all my friends are going to be leaving soon...I don't think it has sunk in.  I'm currently trying to pack up all the crap that I've managed to gather over the past 3 years.  I have graduation 1st July and I decided to be the bigger person nd invite my mother...ha, this may not end well.

Anyway, I've managed to get a hold of all of the new Prison Break, and I'm slowly getting all of LOST, so I think I'll have a good few weeks over the summer to keep me busy, lol.

So...24.  I must admit, I was severely disappointed.  I don't know how they could have made it better, I think it's just come to the sad stage where I'm just not interested in it anymore.  They just need to finish on a high.  I really, really do not like the idea of Jack/Renee.

And finally, just came back from seeing Angels and Demons.  I liked it.  Unlike The Da Vinci Code I'd already read the book, so I was getting a wee bit confused because I remembered the ending, but it was slightly different.  Anyway, yeah.  Enjoyable film nowt special...and Ron Howard should not direct films like this.

I've got 2 days of my degree left!  I'm so highly emotional it's insane.

I know I've not updated in a while, but I got my dissertation results back, and I got a 2:1! Heeeeeeee.

Yesterday was the worst day ever.  Basically, I got dumped.

Mate, tonight I feel so damn restless and...lonely.  I'm a loner, I love being alone, but I hate feeling lonely.

Today has just been one of those days.  I've spoken to about 3 people, I've watched shit films, I've wandered around with my camera and I've drank port...damn.

My computer is utter crap.  I'm taking it to the 'Genius Bar' (Fuck, no wonder people hate apple) for them to fix it, which means I'll be without my computer for a wee while.  Damn, that makes me so sad!

My battery is exploding, and my hard drive is dying.  Basically I've got a shiny 2 grand piece of metal that doesn't do much else.

I've decided to watch every Meryl Streep (and later Tom Hanks) films...Honestly, who knew that they made so many films.

I watched Dark Matter last night, which I don't think was all that popular, but it was quite good.  Typical serious Meryl film though.  Lord, her films are so heavy.  I watched Doubt a couple of weeks ago, and I nearly died.  SO intense.

Anyone have any good recommendations?

Thank fuck for that!  I'm so happy I could cry.  I'm gonna get some bloody sleep then watch films all night. hahahaha.

My dissertation has to be in on Friday.  It's minimum of 8000 words, and I'll be honest, I've barely even started.  Sure, I've done 4000ish words, but it's all shit.  Like, if you read it...it's just words, and it doesn't mean anything.  I am starting to panic...well, I have been for a while, but for some reason, I just can't stop researching.  I have 20 bloody pages of notes and quotes all typed up, and even more that haven't been typed up.

Yet, for some reason, I'm not writing it.

I am the laziest person in the world.  Instead of writing my dissertation I'll read about Anne Frank, or watch documentaries about polar bears, or browsing the net for info about Meryl Streep....Why?? Who fucking knows. I mean really, who needs to know that shit??!

So, It's midnight, I've got some alcohol and my ipod, I'm just gonna sit and write it.  Tonight.  Now.  GO!

I've not really posted anything about 24 recently.  Honestly, I'm a little dissapointed at the moment, but I'm just holding out, because I KNOW something good is about to happen.  I mean, I can't wait for Hodges to come in and then things are gonna start to fit together.

Does anyone know when the inauguration is being broadcast in the UK?  I stupidly said that I would work a 10 hour shift.  Boo.

I was bored, so I asked my mate to go to the cinema,but he had to take care of his cousins, so they came along too.  We got to the cinema, and the kids got the choose of film.  They chose Twilight.

Now, I've heard about it, but I didn't really know much about it, I know it's got a following.  Honest to Buddha, worst film I've seen in the whole of 2008.

Maybe I need to read the books...or be 13 like the cousins.  It was awful...just...I mean, it was funny, but not intentionally.  Anyone seen it?

Been watching 24 for the past 2 week, and getting quite into it again. So I've (very) slowly been making a few icons. Man, hardest show to colour! There are a mixture of seasons, no spoilers...unless you don't want to know what coat Jack is going to be wearing in S7... :D
